Software QA Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Key responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis
  • Test Plan development

Capabilities:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in software testing
  • Experience in WLAN Product or any Embedded software testing is preferred

Software Development Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Capabilities: 

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in software development 
  • Should have expertise in network protocol and/or device drivers development
  • Persons with WLAN (Wireless LAN) domain expertise such as 802.11 a/b/g/n are preferred
  • Hands-on experience of embedded device driver development on popular RTOS, experience with Linux internals and drivers would be preferred.
  • Strong C/C++ programming skills.
  • Ability to design, develop and lead independently large features and take ownership of important modules.
  • Follow development processes, reviews and integration to deliver releases.
  • Should be familiar with Linux internals and embedded/RTOS programming.

 

Field Application Engineer (Pre Sales) 

Location: Ahmedabad
Key responsibilities:

  • To provide technical support for customer projects.
  • To work on technical specifications and application.
  • To provide close support to Sales/Marketing in the form of technical assistance, engineering proposals,customer,training,site,service,technical advice,demonstrations, presentations and engineering design.
  • To interface with technical team to ensure satisfactory fulfilment of all commitments to customer. 
  • Maintain effective communication channel with customers.
  • Work closely with Engineering Team to manage project timelines and ensure 'on-time' completion of projects. 

Capabilities:

  • BE/ME/MSc (Engineering related background in similar industry).
  • 3+ years experience in field applications, technical customer support and networking support (e.g. Video Surveillance, BAS etc).
  • Must have exposure to wireless technologies.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in Pre-sales activities.
  • Willingness to become an expert in Wireless LAN technologies and Mesh Network.
  • Knowledge about embedded technology a plus.
  • Will be required to travel (25% of time) in India and Abroad.
  • Must have capabilities to explore new technology / application area.
  • Must have good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive and should possess high sense of responsibility 

 

Technical Writer 

Location: Ahmedabad

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide support to Marketing team by writing, editing and revising Technical Documentation.
  • To prepare installation, operation and maintenance instruction manual and other technical publications.
  • To follow a documentation process to create the highest quality technical document in possible time frame.
  • To ensure Technical accuracy and excellent presentation of the document.

Capabilities:

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a good grasp of technical terminology.
  • Must possess impeccable writing skills.
  • Ability to write in a simple, concise and accurate manner.
  • Good research and documentation skills.
  • Should be able to manage several projects simultaneously.

 

Senior Finance Executive 

Location: Ahmedabad                                                                                                                                                          

Qualification: Graduate + CA/ICWA.
Experience:
 4-5 years of Accounting Experience - of which at least 1-2 years, preferably should be in an IT /ITES Company.
Job Description:

  • Responsibility for day-to-day general accounting operations.
  • Performing accurate and timely monthly closing procedures and reporting to Corporate Head Quarter in US.
  • To provide all relevant information to aid the management in all strategic and operational issues.
  • Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, as well as its legal and statutory requirements.
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
  • Filing Tax Returns and Handling Assessment Income Tax, FBT, Service Tax, Sales Tax, VAT and Central Excise.
  • Payroll processing on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Company Law, SEBI Regulations & other Corporate Laws.
  • Should have good understanding of India GAAP and U.S. GAAP. (Generally Accepted Accounting Principal).
  • Ability to multi-task and respond promptly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be a dedicated team player.

 

Business Development 

Location: Ahmedabad

Opportunity: Fulltime
Key responsibilities:

  • To drive business in National & International Market.
  • To coordinate sales activities and to work on back-end sales operations.
  • To work as Account Manager for smaller Account.
  • To work as a liaison between Engineering and Sales Team.
  • To direct, manage and measure activities for sales and Business Development.
  • To provide monthly updates on progress and suggest corrective actions. (Direct reporting to Director-Business Development).
  • Develop Marketing and Sales Strategies to explore new customers and customer categories.
  • Conduct and/or assist sales presentations/meetings through sales calls.
  • To report on market trends and understand process to drive efficiencies.

Capabilities:

  • Graduation (Engineering qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience in Sales Management.
  • Wireless or Telecom experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a management role and in leading teams of field sales professionals.
  • Outstanding leadership skills. Should be able to align with company’s culture and values.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking and negotiations skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • This position requires a minimum of 30% travel.
