STRIX WINS METRO PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2007 AWARD AT NETEVENTS
CALABASAS, Calif., and EVIAN, France, February 27, 2007 – Strix Systems, the leader in high-performance wireless mesh networking, today announced it has won the NetEvents 2007“Metro Product of the Year” Technology Leader Award for its Strix Access/One® Indoor and Outdoor Wireless Systems (IWS and OWS).
The judges, chosen from an independent panel of industry analysts and senior press representatives from over 30 European publications, singled out Strix for its “innovative, low-cost mesh network, offering carrier class resiliency.” Camille Mendler, vice president – Enterprise Research, Yankee Group, said, "Strix Systems disrupts traditional connectivity models, enriching communications choices for consumers and enterprises alike.”
