Shripal Morakhia, Chairman Board of Directors

Shripal Morakhia is currently the owner of iDream productions a leading production company based out of Mumbai, India. In the past he has been the CEO at SSKI, one of India's largest brokerage houses. He is also the holder of an MBA from New York University and has served as the executive assistant to the President of the New York Stock Exchange. Shripal in his role as the Chairman brings years of knowledge focus and expertise to drive Strix Systems towards success.
 

Rajesh Shah, Director

Rajesh Shah is a serial entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in engineering and business development of semiconductors and systems. His strength lies in identifying and unlocking the optimal value in technology products and services. Rajesh Shah is currently a CEO of Sibridge Technologies, a fast growing Solution Provider of ASIC/FPGA and Embedded Software. Prior to Sibridge, Rajesh Shah was the CEO of Xpedite Communications, an Ethernet Processing Engine, acquired by Multilink Technologies, which is now part of Vitesse. He also had held key management positions at various successful startups including Open-Silicon (Fabless ASIC Company), Photuris (Acquired by Meriton Networks), and PipeLinks (Acquired by Cisco Systems). Rajesh has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
 

Abhishek Javeri, Director

Mr. Javeri has been instrumental in spreading the cause of Wireless Mesh Networking in India and is investing significantly in setting up wireless networks in the Indian subcontinent. A Graduate of Northwestern University in Economics and International Studies. He has been involved in several prominent Indian Corporations to develop and implement WiFi based solutions such an IPTV Platform for a large Indian Telecom Company, Healthcare Solutions for a large Conglomerate's Healthcare Division and several projects for corporations involved in setting up large Infrastructure Projects. He is also the director of a prominent Indian Chemical Company.
